Cookie Policy

This policy explains how FundInsight uses cookies and similar technologies across its institutional data platform.

Last Updated: April 2026|Effective Since: 2012|Standard: UK GDPR / PECR

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device by web servers. They enable websites to recognise returning users, maintain session state, and collect usage data. FundInsight uses cookies that are strictly limited in scope and purpose to what is necessary for delivering institutional-grade data services. We do not use advertising cookies, social media tracking pixels, or third-party behavioural profiling technologies.

2. Categories of Cookies Used

We categorise our cookies into three functional groups: Strictly Necessary cookies, which are essential for platform operation and cannot be disabled; Functional cookies, which enhance the user experience through preference persistence; and Performance cookies, which collect anonymised usage data to support platform optimisation. We do not deploy Marketing or Targeting cookies on this platform.

4. Managing Your Cookie Preferences

You may withdraw consent for non-essential cookies at any time by accessing the Cookie Preference Centre, accessible via the footer of this platform. You may also configure cookie permissions at the browser level. Please note that disabling Strictly Necessary cookies will impair your ability to access authenticated features of the FundInsight platform. Browser-level cookie controls are independent of our Preference Centre and may affect platform functionality.

5. Third-Party Services

FundInsight does not integrate third-party advertising networks, social media plugins, or external analytics services that deploy their own tracking technologies. Platform performance analytics are conducted using our own first-party infrastructure. Any future integration of third-party services will be disclosed in an updated version of this policy with appropriate notice to registered users.
